Pick up Policy:
For members who have chosen to pick up their wines, your wine be available for pickup during regular business hours the day after the scheduled release date and will be held for up to 4 weeks. Wines not picked up after 1 month will be shipped to the Bill To address on file. If you would like a friend or family member to pick up your shipment, an authorization email must be sent to our Wine Club Manager.
Delivery Policy:
An adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for and receive the package. If there will not be an adult home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, sent to a PO box or left with someone under the age of 21. If no one is available for delivery, two additional delivery attempts will be made. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and there will be additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Wine club memberships are non-transferable and only apply to the individual or their spouse that is listed on the member account. The member must be present to receive any benefits, discounts and/or attend any Wine Club exclusive event. If your cc is declined more than 4 times, your membership will automatically be cancelled until payment of the current shipment is received and all information is updated.
