Nose: Earthier notes, mosty forest/cedar, evergreen trees,

eucalyptus/menthol, cherry jubilee, blackberry/ black currant

Mouth: juicy mouth feel, big but balanced, tons of dark red fruit flavor, but not a fruit bomb, canned fruit, complex flavor,

layered, cloves/nutmeg

Finish:  Zesty tannins, sharp acidity

Pairs well with fatty steaks,  rib eye, escargot
