Nose: Minerality, limestone, lemon peel,

honeydew, medium acidity, light mid-body

Mouth: Dry, slight pucker, minerality, cloves   

Finish: lime juice, fresh and clean

Pairs wells with: Olives, antipasti, shell fish,

grilled fish, oven cooked chicken
