Nose: White peach, nectarine, apricot,  canned peach syrup, white pepper, white flower petals

Mouth: Thick, viscous, front to mid palate, ripe stone fruit, juicy texture, honeydew/grapefruit, sweet up front

Finish:  Medium sugar residual on finish, drier finish

Pairs well with chicken, crab cakes, roasted meats with pan sauce, roasted vegetables, white-rind soft cheeses.
